Job Summary

As an Assistant Store Leader, you will assist in managing overall store operations including fuel, retail, and food services. Your responsibilities encompass delivering exceptional customer service, training and coaching team members, and maintaining compliance with company policies. You will support the Store Leader in planning and organizing operations, managing staff, overseeing daily functions, and financial management including budgeting and cash handling. A key requirement is to complete Food Safety Certification and a skills-based certification shortly after employment.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years older to work in store operations.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is mandatory.
  • Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.

Additional Requirements

  • Assistant Store Leaders must be able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed by the employer due to business circumstances.
