Job Summary
As an Assistant Store Leader, you will manage store operations including gasoline, retail, and food service while delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist in training and coaching team members, develop leadership skills, oversee daily operations including inventory management, and help manage store budgets to ensure profitability. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, multitask, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years older to work in store operations
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment
- Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment

- Able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed
