Job Summary
As an Assistant Store Leader, you will assist in managing all aspects of store operations, including gasoline, retail, and food service. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The role requires the ability to work varied hours and maintain high service standards while also handling financial duties such as managing budgets and monitoring sales performance. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years older to work in store operations
- Must have reliable transportation
- Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is mandatory
- Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory
