Job Summary
Assist Store Leader in managing store operations across gasoline, retail, and food service; support daily operations, lead and train team members to maintain high service standards, and contribute to employee development while ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. Responsibilities include customer service, inventory management, ordering and stocking, budgeting and monitoring sales, cash handling, and maintaining a positive work environment. Certifications within the first month and within 120 days are mandatory, and the role requires the ability to work varied hours and physical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to work in store operations.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment is mandatory.
- Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.
