Job Summary
As an Assistant Store Leader, you will assist in managing store operations, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to employee development. Responsibilities include training team members, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing budgets and expenses, and supporting the Store Leader. Required qualifications include reliable transportation, completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment, and a skills-based certification within the first 120 days.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years older to work in store operations
- Must have reliable transportation
- Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment
- Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment
- Ability to stand for extended periods, ranging from 8 to 10 hours
- Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in environments with wet floors, temperature fluctuations, and loud noise levels
