Job Summary
Lead the store team in delivering best-in-class service by emulating brand aesthetics, resolving customer escalations, and creating tailored outfitting experiences. Assist the Store Leader in managing retail operations, including planning schedules, overseeing hiring strategy, and executing visual merchandising standards. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure goals are met and maintain store cleanliness and operational continuity during disruptions. Make informed decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive strong business outcomes while supporting performance management activities for the team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1+ years in management-level position in a specialty retail environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and POS systems
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, talk, and hear
- Ability to occasionally sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Near and far-sighted visual acuity
- Normal depth perception
