Job Summary

Revival Assistant Store Leader will direct all store activities to meet goals, delivering best-in-class guest service, achieving sales objectives, and overseeing human resources management, payroll, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing associates, coaching for performance, driving guest engagement, managing payroll and staffing costs, forecasting and analyzing business trends, directing merchandise presentation and inventory, ensuring adherence to Revival brand standards and company service standards, and leading the team to achieve financial and guest Experience goals. Must demonstrate leadership, accountability, and the ability to foster a family-like team environment while maintaining high standards of integrity and confidentiality. Requires ability to lift up to 30 lbs and to manage a dynamic retail environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of management experience in retail or hospitality preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
