Job Summary
Drive store sales performance and ensure a safe, compliant environment by supporting the Store Leader with daily operations, merchandising standards, and customer experience in both retail and range settings. Manage staffing through scheduling aligned with traffic patterns, oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and facility maintenance, while leading recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coaching for team members. Enforce strict adherence to ATF regulations, OSHA standards, and internal firearm policies to uphold accountability. Monitor compliance with company policies, manage timekeeping and attendance tracking, and assist across all store functions as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail sales or leadership experience
- Led teams of 10 or more associates
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory management tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions
- Experience in coaching, performance management, and team development
