Job Summary
Assistant Store Leader at Range USA leads a team of store associates to deliver Range USA's customer experience, acts as Safety Leader, ensures safety, drives sales performance, manages hiring/onboarding, scheduling, and training, maintains ATF/OSHA/EPA compliance, handles deposits, and coordinates with Main Office to sustain brand equity and store operations. Requires 3+ years retail sales experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and POS/inventory systems, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years retail sales experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), inventory management systems and POS systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in onboarding, scheduling, and staff development
- Knowledge of ATF, OSHA, and EPA compliance in a retail firearms environment
- Ability to supervise a team and lead store operations
- Customer service excellence and sales process proficiency
- Ability to manage deposits and cash handling
- Opening and closing responsibilities
