Job Summary
Assist the Store Leader with hiring, training, and managing Team Members, including assigning tasks, enforcing discipline, and providing real-time coaching. Coordinate daily workflow to maximize car volume and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers while enforcing sales pitch standards. Monitor store performance to identify productivity opportunities and address customer questions or price discrepancies. Work outside in a loud environment involving constant motion, lifting up to 50 pounds, and prolonged standing. Maintain a clean appearance and adhere to dress standards while driving with a clean record. This role supports the overall financial success of Quick Quack Car Wash by analyzing trends and ensuring team adherence to core values.
Required Qualifications
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to read, count, and write accurately
- Must be able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to assign and delegate tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to smile and maintain a clean appearance as per the dress and grooming standards
- Eligibility for this role at Quick Quack Car Wash requires a clean driving record, meaning that you may not have any major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3-5 years
- Must have a current Driver's License (not suspended or expired)
- Quick Quack Car Wash participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
