Job Summary
Lead store operations by directing activities to achieve sales objectives, operating expenses, and merchandising presentation goals. Provide exceptional guest service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean, well-maintained environment. Manage back-of-house organization, shipment and product prep, inventory damages, and supply orders while overseeing scheduling and payroll. Train new associates on operational processes, coach team members using recommended guidelines, and make recommendations on hiring, promotions, and terminations. Execute opening and closing procedures, audit banking and loss prevention systems, and control workflow through successful planning and delegation.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year Retail Management
- Bachelor's Degree
- Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently
- May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
- Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
