Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •2–4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations-focused role
• •Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipment handling, and operational processes in a fast-paced retail environment
• •Deep understanding of customer service principles
• •Ability to provide exceptional service to all customers
• •Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
• •Strong problem-solving abilities
• •Ability to handle any issues that may arise in the store
• •Strong communication skills
• •Ability to share expectations, give feedback, and respond to challenges with confidence
• •Ability to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift
• •Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift
