Assistant Store Leader- Operations (King of Prussia, PA)

Assistant Store Leader of Operations leads and supports the Store Leader by directing activities required to achieve store goals, including best-of-class guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation, while driving associate and guest engagement. Responsibilities include enabling exceptional guest service through relationship-building and product knowledge, managing floor sets and merchandising, driving operational efficiencies, scheduling, inventory and loss-prevention processes, staff development and performance coaching, payroll oversight, and ensuring execution of company service standards. The role requires leadership to foster a guest-focused team environment, accountability for financial results and performance standards, and collaboration with district and home office teams to roll out floorsets and visual programs. Qualifications include 1 year of retail management experience and a Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform tasks across store operations.
