Job Summary
Assistant Store Leader of Operations leads and supports the Store Leader by directing activities to achieve store goals, delivering best-in-class guest service, meeting sales objectives, managing operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation, while developing associates and guest engagement. Responsibilities include driving sales, operational efficiency, scheduling, floor sets/refresh management, inventory and security controls, training new associates, payroll co-management, and communicating with the district and home office to align with brand standards and financial performance. Requires 1 year of retail management experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
