Assistant Store Leader

Assist with overall day-to-day store operations, including continuous development of store associates to achieve desired sales and EBITDA results. Daily assess the store's ability to meet customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance. Coach and develop store associates through formal and informal interactions while supporting the Full, Fresh, and Friendly Strategy. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
