Assistant Store Leader - Kittery Premium Outlets

As an Assistant Store Leader, you partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. You set the tone on the sales floor, elevate service through omni-channel and virtual selling, and create an inclusive environment where associates can thrive as their authentic selves. You will lead client-focused service, drive omni-channel initiatives, coach and develop a diverse team, manage store KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR), oversee opening/closing procedures and payroll budgeting, ensure visual and brand standards are upheld, and collaborate with corporate teams to optimize strategies. You’ll also support inventory control, live stream shopping sessions, and create action plans to address business opportunities while maintaining compliance with safety and loss-prevention standards.
