Job Summary

Drive volume and guest engagement by modeling service standards, coaching associates, and executing opening/closing procedures. Lead full-cycle recruitment by conducting interviews, developing evaluation tools, and balancing schedules to ensure peak floor coverage. Onboard and train team members while tracking completion and gathering feedback to reinforce expectations. Cultivate a diverse, high-performing team that aligns with brand values and operational goals. Manage communication with hiring leaders to prioritize open requisitions and maintain a "Guest First" mentality. Work a varied schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends to support business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail management
