Job Summary
Lead store operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a retail setting. Hire, train, and develop a diverse team, coach associates, and drive sales while achieving guest-experience and financial goals. Manage the Mission Monday campaign and ensure store standards, recognizing contributions and driving retention. Requires strong communication, hospitality leadership, ability to maintain an appealing store atmosphere, and willingness to work a varied schedule including holidays and weekends. Required Qualifications

- Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality
- Ability to work a varied schedule with holidays, nights and weekends
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 30 pounds, climb ladders occasionally
- Keen eye for detail to maintain inviting store environment
