They are responsible for hiring, training, and developing a diverse, passionate team that creates authentic relationships with guests in every interaction. Their demeanor, presence, and passion for the guest experience must be evident and inspiring to the entire team. They drive sales and positive measurable results through their excellence in sales floor leadership and by meeting and exceeding all goals associated with the guest experience.
