Job Summary
Assistant Store Leader of Guest Engagement drives store goals through best-in-class guest service, sales objectives, expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising; leads by example in guest engagement, coaching associates, on-boarding, training, and ensuring a clean, well-maintained store environment while managing payroll and store operations. Responsibilities include guest engagement, hiring recommendations, promotions decisions, staffing, floor-set execution, and ensuring exceptional fitting room experiences. Requires 1 year Retail Management; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Demonstrates leadership, relationship-building with guests and associates, and adherence to brand standards to deliver Stand Out For Good outcomes.
