Job Summary
Guest Engagement Assistant Store Leader at Fayette Mall leads a guest-focused store experience by hiring, training, and developing a diverse team, delivering exceptional guest interactions, driving sales, and achieving guest-experience and P&L goals. The role requires recruiting and developing associates, coaching for performance, managing the Mission Monday campaign to positively impact the community, maintaining an attractive store environment, and upholding brand standards. The position demands strong communication, hospitality leadership, and the ability to work a varied schedule including holidays, nights and weekends; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proven record as a successful hospitality leader with knowledge in leadership including financial results, guest satisfaction and employee relations
- Ability to maintain a beautiful environment with attention to detail and inviting atmosphere
- Creative and entrepreneurial thinking with revenue-driven ideas
- Willingness to engage with guests and lead a diverse team
- Retail or Hospitality Management experience (1 year)
- Able to work varied schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet goals
