Assistant Store Manager role supporting the Store Manager to lead the DFO Brisbane store with a focus on delivering standout customer experiences, coaching and developing the team, achieving sales targets/KPI targets, and driving stock management and visual merchandising. Responsibilities include taking ownership in the Store Manager's absence, rostering aligned to trade and wage targets, championing the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy, and enabling a high-performing, hands-on leadership presence to grow toward Store Manager responsibilities.
