Job Summary
Assistant Store Leader at Brisbane DFO: Lead on-floor operations as Assistant Store Manager, partner with Store Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service, coach and develop the team, drive stock management and visual merchandising, optimize rostering to align with trade and wage targets, and champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy in-store. Requires hands-on leadership, accountability, and a focus on delivering standout customer experiences in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment. Prior supervisory or 2IC exposure in fashion or activewear is desirable.
