Job Summary
Greets customers, assists the Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members, and coordinates daily workflow to support subordinate staff. Monitors store performance to increase productivity, enforces sales pitches, and handles employment actions including discipline and termination per company policy. Explains services, sells additional items, completes sales transactions, and maintains housekeeping for driveways, restrooms, and the car wash. Ensures safety during car loading and prepping while performing other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma, ability to lift up to 15 pounds, and willingness to work various hours, weekends, and holidays in a loud environment.

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

- Prolonged periods standing and working on cash register or related equipment
