Assistant Store Experience Manager - Temporary 1 year

As the Assistant Store Experience Manager, you will support the Store Manager in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive sales and profitability. You will lead and motivate a team of managers, visual merchandisers and sales advisors, oversee store operations, recruit and train new starters, develop talent, and ensure a high-quality store environment. You will analyse selling information, manage KPIs and budgeting, stay up-to-date with fashion trends, and foster a collaborative, people-first culture focused on sustainable, customer-centric store success. Key responsibilities include providing styling guidance, maximizing selling opportunities, recruiting and mentoring staff, developing talent pipelines, maintaining health and safety standards, and driving overall store performance and profitability. The role emphasizes teamwork, entrepreneurship, constant improvement, and effective communication in a fast-paced retail setting, with a temporary 1-year contract and 38.25 hours per week in Stockholm, Sweden.
