Job Summary
Coordinate and direct the overall operation of the store in the absence of the Store Director. Actively support the Store Director and manage store personnel. Foster a positive work environment, handle customer complaints, monitor pricing accuracy, and maintain safety standards. The role requires excellent communication skills and at least 3 years of experience in supermarket management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school education
- At least 3 years of experience in the supermarket industry
- Working knowledge of store operations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic math skills for calculations
- Ability to verify vendor invoice charges
- Excellent organization and follow-through skills
- Ability to stand upright for most of the scheduled work shift
