Job Summary
Oversee NL department manager and Grocery Manager responsibilities to ensure staff accountability for department conditions, hiring practices, and scheduling techniques while keeping labor costs at or below budget. Manage merchandising, program execution, loss prevention, and department appearance; maintain store sanitation and cleanliness per local laws and best practices. Provide ongoing training to staff on all policies and procedures, monitor cash management by approving store expenses, and initiate weekly communications with corporate directors regarding vendor and product issues. Walk departments regularly to ensure an organized, sanitary appearance and maintain a safe work environment for employees, vendors, and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience
