Job Summary
Assistant Store Director supports the Store Director in driving profitability and an outstanding client experience in a luxury watch retail environment. Responsibilities include motivating Sales Professionals to meet/exceed sales objectives, providing training and coaching, managing day-to-day store operations and inventory, supervising CPO/Service/Cash Office and staff in the Store Director’s absence, executing staffing and security procedures, and delivering regular business reporting. Requires strong leadership, excellent communication, clienteling and relationship-building with VIP clients, ability to analyze sales performance, and hands-on management to recruit, train, and develop frontline teams. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related discipline is preferred; 1-3 years of luxury retail experience with at least one year of management experience is typical for this role. Bi-lingual proficiency is a plus; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant luxury retail experience, including at least one year of management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related discipline is preferred.
