Job Summary
Assistant Stock Accountant responsible for accurate finance operations including preparing fuel and lubricant invoices to SSC, supporting the SSC team on various transactions, producing daily MAP figures for products, reconciling vendor accounts and GLs, conducting month-end stock takes to identify variances in SAP with management approval, posting monthly fixed charges (amortization and expenses), accounting for local costs of imported products, timely VAT capture on imported lubricants, reconciling product borrow/loan arrangements with other OMCs, managing and reviewing inventory transactions for completeness, stock reconciliation at month end, and preparing/mailing reports on product adjustments and CCP controls; requires attention to detail, timely reporting, and suitable finance/accounting qualifications with SAP experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent in Finance/Accounting
- Computer Application Literacy
- 2-3 Years of working in Finance department
