Job Summary
Assist Station Manager in daily store operations at Chevron Stations Inc. during shifts, supervise and coach staff in the absence of the Station Manager, uphold safety, security, quality standards, and CSI policies, manage customer transactions and stock, conduct mini-audits, oversee cash handling, and ensure compliance with wage & hour guidelines while delivering courteous, professional service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent or higher
- Minimum age requirements specified (18 in CA/OR, 21 in WA)
- Fluency in English for policies and customer service
- Experience in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environment
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Ability to operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems
- Availability for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
