Job Summary
Necco seeks a passionate and collaborative Assistant State Director responsible for driving statewide growth and supporting various departments, while ensuring quality performance and staff development. A Master's degree in Human Services and a minimum of five years in supervisory roles are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a supervisory and/or management role
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a supervisory and/or management role in a mental/behavioral health setting
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
- Knowledge of the socio-cultural characteristics of the service population
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced Degree in a Human Services related field
- Five (5) years training or teaching experience preferred
- Proficient in computer software programs (i.e. Microsoft Word, email, PowerPoint, Evolv database, and the Internet)
- Excellent Written and Oral communication skills
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Ability to work within a team structure
