Job Summary
GMIT role at Hand & Stone Spa Wyomissing: lead front desk operations and drive sales performance, coach and develop front desk staff, manage guest flow and booking conversions, promote services and upgrades, and ensure high standards of guest experience and operational execution. Responsible for membership conversion, call handling, and overall front desk performance, with opportunities for advancement within a multi-unit organization. Requires 1–3 years of leadership experience, strong sales/customer-service background, effective coaching and communication skills, accountability, and a solutions-oriented mindset; flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays; experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
