Job Summary
General Manager in Training at Hand & Stone Spa in Southern Pines leads front desk operations and team performance with a focus on sales execution, guest experience, and operational excellence. You will coach and develop the front desk team, drive membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals, manage guest flow, and support daily operations and reporting. The role prepares you for future leadership opportunities, with promotion timing based on performance and business needs.
