Assistant Spa Manager - Soho Farmhouse

Oversee daily spa operations including bookings, rota planning, therapist utilisation, and guest flow while supporting the Spa Manager in delivering exceptional service standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant environment aligned with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Manage the spa P&L by tracking KPIs such as treatment revenue, retail sales, and guest satisfaction scores, while assisting in stock control and supplier management. Drive retail performance through team training and lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance management for therapists and reception staff. Collaborate with Membership, Events, and F&B teams to create engaging wellness experiences and resolve guest feedback professionally.
