Job Summary
Own daily front desk operations, guest flow, and overall performance at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – SHORT PUMP. Drive sales performance by achieving membership, retail, and service goals while actively coaching the team on conversion behaviors. Lead, train, and onboard front desk staff to ensure high standards of execution across all client interactions. Assist the General Manager with reporting, cash handling, and booking systems to maintain operational momentum. This role prepares you for future leadership opportunities within our multi-unit organization, offering growth potential and a people-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus
