Job Summary
Sales-driven leader for the Front Desk leadership track: as GMIT, drive front desk performance, coach the front desk team, and ensure accountability around membership conversion, booking efficiency, and guest experience. Lead daily front desk operations, promote services and current offers, and support spa leadership with training, onboarding, and operational execution. Role focuses on achieving membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals, improving call handling and booking conversion, and developing a high-performing front desk team within a multi-unit spa organization. Prioritize guest experience, operational excellence, and leadership development with opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus
