Job Summary
Sales-driven GM-in-Training for Hand & Stone Spa Palmetto Bay who will own front desk operations, coach staff, and drive membership, retail, gift card, and service sales while ensuring guest experience and operational excellence. Lead and develop front desk team, coach on conversion and bookings, promote services and offers, and support daily front desk systems and reporting. Role focuses on leadership development, training, and advancement into higher-level spa management; requires strong communication, accountability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus
