Job Summary
GMIT role leading the front desk team at Hand & Stone Spa in Palmetto Bay. Drive sales performance (membership, retail, gift cards, and services), coach staff on conversion and sales behaviors, and promote services and upgrades. Manage front desk operations, guest flow, booking efficiency, and guest experience. Train, onboard, and develop new and existing front desk team members; support daily operational execution and reporting. Opportunity for advancement within a multi-unit organization; compensation combines hourly pay with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
