Job Summary
GMIT role leading the Front Desk team at Hand & Stone Spa in NEWTOWN SQUARE, driving sales performance (membership, retail, gift cards, services), coaching for higher conversion and booking efficiency, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include owning daily front desk operations, developing and training front desk staff, supporting daily operational execution, and reporting/cash handling. Ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership experience, a background in sales or customer service, strong communication and team-coaching skills, and comfort with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment; needs flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) is a plus. Offered compensation combines hourly pay with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses, with potential earnings up to $45,000 depending on performance, plus benefits and growth opportunities within a multi-unit organization.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
