Job Summary
High-energy, sales-driven leader to own front desk operations and team performance as General Manager in Training (GMIT). Drives membership, retail, gift card, and service sales; coaches front desk staff on conversion and guest experience; ensures efficient call handling, booking conversion, and high-quality client interactions. Leads daily front desk operations, develops and mentors staff, and supports reporting, cash handling, and systems. Opportunity for advancement within a multi-unit spa organization; candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with strong communication and accountability. Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
