Job Summary
A high-energy, sales-driven Assistant Spa Manager in Training (GMIT) leading and developing the Front Desk team at Hand & Stone Spa in Falls Church. Responsibilities include owning front desk operations, coaching staff to improve membership, retail, gift card, and service sales, driving guest experience and call-handling efficiency, and supporting daily operational execution. The role emphasizes driving sales performance, promoting services and upgrades, ensuring consistent client interactions, and preparing for future leadership opportunities within the organization. The position requires leading by example, training and onboarding new staff, and maintaining momentum in daily operations while meeting service and sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus
