Job Summary
Sales-driven leader to manage the front desk and drive sales performance at Hand & Stone East Windsor as a General Manager in Training (GMIT). Responsibilities include owning front desk operations, coaching the front desk team on membership conversion, upselling services, handling calls and bookings efficiently, promoting services and offers, ensuring guest experience excellence, and supporting daily operational execution. The role emphasizes leadership development, training and onboarding of staff, cash handling and reporting, and maintaining consistent performance across client interactions. Key skills include leadership, sales excellence, customer service, communication, accountability, and a solutions-oriented mindset; experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) is a plus. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
Required Qualifications
