Job Summary
GMIT role leading the Front Desk team at Hand & Stone Spa in East Windsor, driving membership, retail, and service sales while coaching front desk staff to improve conversion, guest experience, and booking efficiency. Responsibilities include owning daily front desk operations, training and developing team members, ensuring high standards of client interactions, supporting the Spa Leadership Team with daily operational execution, and aiding reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of leadership experience, a strong background in sales or customer service, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) is a plus. Compensation structure combines hourly pay, uncapped commissions, and performance-based bonuses with average annual earnings up to about $45,000 depending on performance.
Required Qualifications
