Job Summary
High-energy, sales-driven leader sought to join Hand & Stone Spa as a General Manager in Training (GMIT) for East Brunswick location. Responsibilities include driving sales performance (membership, retail, gift cards, and services), coaching front desk staff on conversion and guest handling, owning front desk operations and guest flow, and supporting the Spa Leadership Team with onboarding, training, reporting, and cash handling. The role focuses on developing a strong front desk team, enhancing guest experience, and ensuring operational excellence to prepare for future leadership opportunities within the organization. Requirements include 1–3 years of leadership experience and a strong background in sales or customer service; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; and familiarity with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) is a plus. Compensation includes hourly pay with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses, with average annual earnings up to $45,000 depending on performance.
