Job Summary
GMIT role leading front desk operations and sales performance at Hand & Stone Spa in East Brunswick. Responsible for coaching the front desk team to meet membership, retail, gift-card, and service sales goals; driving guest experience, guest flow, and daily operations; training onboarding and developing team members; supporting reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems; and maintaining consistent execution across client interactions. Promotions are based on performance and readiness, with a focus on developing leaders within a multi-unit organization. Requires leadership experience in sales/customer service, strong communication, accountability, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus
