Job Summary
GMIT is responsible for driving front desk sales performance, coaching the front desk team, promoting services and offers, and ensuring guest experience and operational excellence. The role leads daily front desk operations, supports the Spa Leadership Team, trains and develops staff, and contributes to reporting and cash handling. Key focus areas include membership, retail, gift card, and service sales goals; coaching on conversion and booking efficiency; and maintaining high standards of client interactions. Prior leadership experience in sales or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, goal-driven environment are essential. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus
