Job Summary
GMIT at Hand & Stone Concord leads front desk operations and drives sales execution by coaching the front desk team, promoting services and upgrades, improving membership conversion, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Responsible for daily operations, staff training and development, reporting, cash handling, and maintaining consistent performance across client interactions. Requires 1–3 years of leadership experience, a strong background in sales/customer service, excellent communication, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Eligible for growth into future leadership opportunities within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus
