Job Summary
General Manager in Training at Hand & Stone Spa (Concord, NC) leading front desk operations, coaching a sales-driven team to achieve membership, retail, gift card, and service goals, while delivering excellence in guest experience. Responsibilities include owning daily front desk performance, coaching and developing front desk staff, driving membership conversion and booking efficiency, promoting services and offers, and supporting spa leadership with training, onboarding, reporting, and cash handling. Requires leadership experience in sales or customer service, strong communication, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments
