Job Summary
General Manager in Training for Hand & Stone Spa in Charlotte, NC. Oversee front desk operations and team performance with a focus on sales execution, guest experience, and operational excellence. Lead, coach, and develop front desk staff; drive membership, retail, gift card, and service sales; coach call handling and booking conversions; ensure consistent client interactions and high standards across all front desk activities. Assist the General Manager with daily operations, training, onboarding, reporting, cash handling, and front desk systems. Promotion to leadership opportunities within the organization based on performance and readiness. Requires 1–3 years of leadership experience, strong sales/customer service background, excellent communication, accountability, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments
