Job Summary
GMIT at Hand & Stone Spa in Apex leads front desk operations and drives sales performance. Responsible for coaching front desk staff to improve membership, retail, gift card, and service sales; managing guest flow and guest experience; ensuring consistent execution across client interactions; training and developing new/existing staff; supporting reporting and cash handling; and stepping in as a key leader to maintain daily momentum. Requires leadership experience, a strong background in sales/customer service, excellent communication, accountability, and flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays; experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or performance-driven environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accountability and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with booking systems (Zenoti or similar) a plus
